Unfortunately here in Colorado we are entering the dreaded hail season. If you should experience a storm there are a few things you might want to keeping mind.

Not all storms create damage. Most storms are small diameter hail that is not going to hurt your home or autos. It can sound like the world is coming to an end and still be insignificant hail.

If you do get sizable hail, try and inspect your property and roof yourself at first. Please keep in mind that we do not want anyone to take any chances or risks in this process. Try to just view it from the ground if possible. You might try and use binoculars.

Do not fall victim to the renegade roofers. These guys will tell you anything to get the work. Try and do business with a company that has been around a while. Also do not believe everything they tell you in regards to how your insurance company will handle it or that it will not impact your insurance position.
